Ashley Greene and Cory Monteith Would Make a Great Brangelina in the ‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith’ Remake

Everyone thinks Megan Fox could totally fill Angelina Jolie’s shoes, but I think Ashley Greene is way, way hotter (and a better actress)!

Being the next Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt is a pretty tall order, but now that there’s going to be a prequel to 2005’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith, someone’s got to come up with some suggestions! So here’s what I think…Glee’s Cory Monteith and Twilight’s Ashley Greene would be the perfect people for the job!

Why? Who wouldn’t want to see two of the biggest stars of 2009 kiss, hug and make stuff blow up? Priceless.

Ashley’s Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart used to get all the attention, and now Anna Kendrick and her Up in the Air Oscar nomination is following right behind K-Stew. But what about Ash? We know she can vamp it up (yuk, yuk) but we’re ready to see her do something else.

As for Cory, ladies, what can I say? He just has the kind of look that can pull off both mild-mannered and dangerously sexy characters. His dumb yet sensitive singing jock on Glee, Finn Hudson, is a prime example.

It’s pretty hard to recreate the chemistry Brad and Angie had onscreen though, just sayin’. Whenever it comes on TV, I don’t move an inch for nearly two hours because they are just that hot. But their off-screen drama and romance overpowered their acting, which wouldn’t happen to Ashley and Cory unless they started dating (God forbid!).

To the producers, as I ‘type’ before you here today, I guess what I’m asking for is, please consider two stars that just don’t totally eat the scenery. I’m a guy’s girl. I want explosions! Not just earth shattering hotness, but maybe a little more comedy, too.

At the end of the day, regardless of whether you listen to my pleas or not, I’m just telling y’all one thing. I’m not even throwing Megan Fox’s name in the ring – and you shouldn’t, either. You’ll only encourage her!
