Gerard Butler, we think you’re trying to get back into shape to impress your Bounty Hunter co-star Jennifer Aniston. We spotted you twice without a shirt on but it looks like you’re dropping the lbs. Everyone knows Jen is very conscious about working out with celeb trainer Jennifer Ingber and she looks awesome! You were in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico over Super Bowl weekend celebrating Jen’s 41 birthday … (her birthday is actually Feb. 11) and you’ve lost 20lbs! Our celeb fitness trainer Sara Haley tells us you’ve clearly slimmed down from cardio. Sara doesn’t think you’ve gained any muscle, but you’re obviously watching your diet. We have some tips for you so you can keep off the pudge!
Tips for keeping the weight off:
- Maintain a consistent cardio regiment – 4-5 days a week!
- To keep metabolism up weight train 2-3 days a week.
- Watch sugar and alcohol intake.
- Drink lots of water – especially before a big meal.
