Selena Gomez, 17, paid homage to the late Selena Quintanilla-Pérez during a Feb. 7 concert in Texas with a performance of her 1995 hit “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom.” We’ve never heard Selena sing in Spanish before, and you know what? I think someone could have performed this song better. I think Selena did ok but she is singing too softly. This song is meant to be performed with a little more energy. Selena’s stage performance needs work, she looked bored the entire time and it made me feel bored.
