Who better to host a party celebrating the day of love and romance than the girl with the hottest relationship of the year?

Can you feel the love tonight? Kim Kardashian wants to help you celebrate Valentine’s Day in the most romantic of ways – which is why she’ll be on hand to royally kick start Valentine’s Day by hosting the Queen of Hearts ball at Lavo Las Vegas on the evening of Feb. 13.

After dining in Lavo’s high-end Italian restaurant, Queen Kimmy K, 29, will head upstairs to the club for a special Valentine’s Day Eve countdown at midnight. This makes us wonder, naturally, if the reality star’s Super Bowl winning BF, Reggie Bush, will make a surprise appearance to kiss the lady of the night — or better yet, get down on one knee and bow to the queen with a fancy diamond engagement ring.

The gorgeous couple has been together for nearly three years, and now that Kim’s sisters have been settling down — Khloe, 25, married NBA star Lamar Odom in Sept. and older sis Kourtney gave birth to baby boy Mason in Dec. — she’s ready to start her own family.

We sincerely hope Reggie DOES propose on the most romantic of days, because otherwise, Kim might turn into a much nastier version Queen of Hearts, kind of like the one in Alice in Wonderland. You hear us, Reg? You definitely don’t want your girl to run around screaming ‘Off with his head!’
