Paris Hilton first wore the Brian Lichtenberg one- shoulder dress ($320) in LA on Oct. 15, with both Lia Sophia geometric earrings and a graphic ring, while Stephanie Pratt stepped out at PURE nightclub in Las Vegas on Feb. 2 in the same exact mini dress!
