Would your mom be happy if you had had TEN major plastic surgeries without telling her?
If your answer is NO, then your mom would feel the same way as Heidi Montag’s mom, “She was looking at me almost like a zoo animal. It wasn’t like I was her daughter anymore. She was looking at me like I was a circus freak,” a disappointed Heidi told People magazine.
Heidi, 23, came face to face with her mom, Darlene Egelhoff, for the first time since enduring ten hours of plastic surgery, resulting in a controversial entirely new face and body look.
The mom and daughter finally saw each other on Jan. 27 when Heidi nervously private-jetted back home to Crested Butte, Colorado, hoping for mom’s approval if not enthusiasm.
The reunion, which was actually filmed for “The Hills,” according to People, was heartbreaking for Heidi. “I never thought in my wildest dreams she was going to react the way she did.”
Darlene apparently questioned her daughter’s decision to undergo this surgical makeover to promote her singing career.
And sadly, the extremes she’s gone to haven’t paid off in sales for her debut album, Superficial, which to date has only sold 2,000 copies, despite Heidi spending $1,000,000 of her own money to record and promote it.
Sad, Heidi. Sad all around for you and your mom.

she can support her daughter without supporting the plastic surgery. this situation makes me very sad. i hope they all (including spencer) learned a big lesson. i’m not bashing cosmetic surgery, but this was insane for a 23 year old.
