Sandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James won’t have to give any visitation to his porn-star ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, a court has ruled — and it means Sandra’s wish has been granted.

Sandra Bullock, 45, and her husband Jesse James,40, have been battling Jesse’s ex-wife Janine Lindemulder for months over the custody of his daughter Sunny, 5. Finally, at a hearing in Orange County, Calif., Feb. 1, a judge ruled that no visitation rights will be granted to Janine right now. Janine is currently serving a four-month sentence in a halfway house for violating her parole over tax evasion charges. Sandra and Jesse have had primary custody of Sunny for the past 7 months and they want it to stay that way.

According to E! online Jesse explained to the court that Janine contacts them incessantly. “She texts at least twice and up to 20 times a day, demanding to talk to Sunny,” said James.”But sometimes she’ll go a week at a time where she doesn’t make a call.”

Jesse claimed that Janine spends the majority of her time talking to Sunny about her experiences in prison and he doesn’t find that appropriate for a little girl. “There a lot of conversation about prison or jail and things that I don’t think a 6-year-old can comprehend or process.”

Despite the famous couple losing to Janine Dec. 7 over Christmas custody rights E! reports that Janine didn’t even see Sunny and she missed four out of five of her past scheduled visits.

The custody battle will continue this summer with a hearing set for Jun. 14. Jesse and Janine have been ordered to undergo counseling once a month from now until the hearing.
