Do you have problems getting over your exes like Shar does?
Shar Jackson is still heartbroken over her ex of more than five years, Kevin Federline. In fact, the 33-year-old admits that she realized she was still in love with K-Fed when the two appeared together on Celebrity Fit Club.
“I never really got over him,” Shar was overheard telling pals at the Sundance Film Festival’s Talent Resources Sky Suite Jan. 23.
It seems like Shar picked up some extra baggage when she shed some pounds on the reality weight loss competition, which will premiere Feb. 8 on VH1. Apparently all the huffing, puffing, lifting and straining re-invoked Shar’s passion for her baby daddy, 31, who fathered Kori, 7 and Kaleb, 5. After watching K-Fed really work at turning himself from the Pillsbury Dough Boy to his former lean, mean, dancing machine self, it hit her like a ton of bricks that she was back in love.
She did acknowledge that no matter what happens, “they’ll always be friends.” Not going to lie, Shar, maybe that’s the way things should stay. Kevin has already moved on from you twice – first with his epically disastrous marriage to his OTHER baby mama, Britney Spears, and now with his live-in steady, former volleyball player Victoria Prince.
It’s completely OK to pine for a lost love (we’ve ALL done it) but in this case, if you love someone, Shar, let them go. If they come back to you, run.

i feel bad for shar. ive been where shes at. it sucks cuz you cant help who you love. as for kevin, i think hes so nasty and what goes around definently comes around. he left shar when she was pregnant with HIS kid and then tried to use britney for a career and money. and now look at him! hes so fat and gross and nobody in the world cares about kevin federline anymore! you cant treat people like that and not suffer the repercussions! as for shar, she really needs to start dating again. shell meet a REAL man who will appreciate her!
