Lea Michele, you looked like red carpet royalty at the SAG Awards!
Lea Michele, the leading singing lady of Glee looked like a red carpet veteran at the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Jan. 23. “I wanted to create an Old Hollywood meets New Hollywood look – merge the classic starlet makeup with a modern twist,” says makeup artist Melanie Inglessis who created Lea’s gorgeous look.
Here’s how to get her “young Ava Gardner”-inspired makeup!
Melanie went for a monochromatic, sculpted look on Lea. To achieve this, she evened out Lea’s skin with a spray foundation and used a bronzer to contour her cheeks. Using a neutral palette, she added depth and dimension to the eyes and used two coats of super-black mascara for definition. By keeping the lips neutral, Melanie kept all the attention on Lea’s eyes. - Marta Topran
