Do you see that “pretty girl from Glee” all over the place, but never know how to say her name? We were confused, too!

Now with a Golden Globe win under her belt for Glee and a leading role in the star-studded indie comedy, The Romantics, premiering at Sundance, actress Dianna Agron is well on her way to becoming a household name. However, before fame really hits, we’re going to need a lesson in how to pronounce her last name.

“Say Hey-gron but then take away the H. :),” Dianna tweeted to a fan Jan. 19. “I’m half Russian. It was Agronsky before Ellis Island chopped it.”

Every time Dianna’s name comes up in conversation (like when she was spotted hanging out with Katie Holmes at a Golden Globe Awards pre-party), we refer to the 23-year-old Glee star as her character, cheerleader Quinn Fabray, or just “that pretty blonde,” but thankfully she’s setting the record straight once and for all.

There you have it. Pretend like your Canadian, eh? Dianna Ehhh-Gron. Learn it, live it, love it.
