Heidi was absolutely stunning natural, she stood out from the crowd!
She is still gorgeous, but she looks like a playboy bunny.
Either way, I really do hope she stops now because any more will be too much.
DDD’S are way huge, any bigger may be unhealthy for her tiny frame.
I hope she takes some time off to focus on her low self esteem. She is beautiful and should not feel as though she is an ‘ugly duckling’
something is definitely wrong with the world today…

Heidi doesn’t even look like a person anymore, she looks like a strange, computerized fembot. I’d be horrified to look like that. She was gorgeous before. Don’t doctors have to swear an oath before they get their license not to harm patients? The surgeons who perform these procedures on people who obviously have BDD (body dysmorphic disorder) should have their licenses revoked.

Bonnie, that was really well said. The whole thing is unfortunate and I think in her case there are probably several factors that caused her to go this route (being around Hollyweird types/having a douche for a husband/not having any tried and true friends) but I think it will take some time before she truly realizes what she has done to herself. Cosmetic surgery is only meant to enhance what you have–it is not meant to construct Stepford wives. Yes, the final result is beautiful by today’s standards, but it is no longer “her” and is really only a good show to the world of how vapid and empty she is on the inside. She really and truly was uniquely beautiful. Now she just looks like an escort, which I hear, (haha) Hollywood is full of! :) What an awful, awful shame that a 23 year old would be even be allowed to essentially mutilate themselves in such a way. Shame on her doctors!

Great point of view. I think this is what is wrong with our society is that everyone compares themselves to something that is not real. Many girls in society have real issues with their body due to things like airbrushing & plastic surgery. It creates this false idea of perfection instead of embracing individuality and embracing that the body is not as perky as an inflated balloon and nothing is wrong with that. I think that some people use plastic surgery in moderation & for the right reasons. But this is over the top!

at first, looking at the cover, i thought it was just another photo touch.. but turned out, it is for real! i personally think her original face was very beautiful (agreed with u, 99% beautiful) despite the fact that she & spencer are constant attention seeking ppl. these 10 surgeries in 1 day TOTALLY ridiculous, and seriously gv bad bad influence to our young ppl with weak self esteem. i guess being 23 yr old girl to do this, is consider immature, not thinking for later days & fail to glook at others’ bad experiences. this behavior “allow” youngsters to think it is ok to change their bodies whenever they dont like them. anyways, beauty won’t last forever, let alone the plastic one (they mealt!)

I think you should know that Chace Crawford has not given a “public” apology because he’s not the one who ripped it. He was a presenter. The ESCORT that led her up the stairs ripped it. Not Chace.
“As Sevigny ascended the stage to accept the trophy from presenters Kristen Bell and Chace Crawford, her escort accidentally stepped on her flowing Valentino gown, causing it to rip.”
Just for future reference.
