Watch out Sue Sylvester, there could be a new diva in town and she’s ready to take the heat in Glee‘s kitchen!
Could you imagine J.Lo shoveling Jell-O to the students of Glee’s McKinley High? Well, it’s not just a possibility – it’s a reality!
Show creator Ryan Murphy revealed to Extra following last night’s Golden Globes ceremony that he is writing a part specifically for Jennifer Lopez and says in his wildest dreams, he’d have Jenny From The Block serving sloppy joes and tater tots as a cafeteria lady!
The show won Best Television Series (Comedy or Musical) at the 67th Annual Golden Globes, and Ryan, 43, says he seized the opportunity to put the curvy singing, dancing and acting phenom in a role on his award-winning show after she told him she wanted to be on the show! He wants her in a meaty role that will put her to work when the show returns this April on FOX.
Ryan certainly has his pick of dream guest stars now with this award, as he tells the LA Times, the show will always have “just people we love and who we idolize and grew up with.” But could this be the role that finally nets — pun fully intended — Jennifer the award treatment she so desires?
