Please God, we hope so! What we wouldn’t give to see Kellan shirtless in nothing but a banana hammock …
We can’t express our relief enough that when Conan the Barbarian gets its 2011 revamp, Governator Arnold Schwarzenegger will NOT be donning a skimpy leather Speedo to reprise his original role. We’re also crossing our fingers that Kellan Lutz — who’s in the running for the role, according to Deadline.com’s Nikki Finke — wins the part. We don’t need to explain our reasons for that particular wish … it’s kind of obvious, no?
But before you Twi-hards get your panties in a bunch at the thought of seeing Emmett Cullen sans clothing on the big screen, you should know that Kellan has some serious competition. His rivals in the Marcus Nispel-directed flick are reportedly former Baywatch babe and Stargate: Atlantis star Jason Momoa, as well another actor whose identity has yet to be revealed.
Our money’s on Kellan, and not just because he’d look so good without a shirt. The Twilight star confessed back in November that his dream was to be an action star. Are you listening, producers? We’d really appreciate it if you didn’t kill Kellan’s dream — or ours.
