Do YOU think this notorious playboy is really ready to settle down?
Hugh Grant was Britain’s equivalent of George Clooney (before Elisabetta Canalis, of course): devilishly attractive and perpetually single. But the king of romantic comedies—who hasn’t had a serious girlfriend since splitting with English socialite Jemima Khan in 2007—is ready for a change.
With his 50th birthday looming large in September, the charming actor is ready to plant roots and sow his seed in 2010.
Although Hugh is infamous for his guarded demeanor with press, the Did You Hear About the Morgans? star was unusually candid and serious about his new year’s resolutions during an interview Jan. 7 on the daily Spanish entertainment show, El Hormiguero.
“I have some resolutions like losing some pounds. I also need to get married and have children. I need a new house,” the usually tight-lipped star confessed.
Is the eternal singleton finally tired of being alone and ready for his Hollywood ending? Do you think it’s possible?
