Who do YOU think will have the best luck with the long arm of the law?
A lesbian activist, a cop-turned-prosecutor and a hooker, oh my! A show that’s infamous for its celeb guest stars (Zoe Saldana, Hilary Duff and Robin Williams, to name a few), Law and Order: SVU is out-doing itself, inviting Mischa Barton, Kathy Griffin and Sharon Stone to appear in its 11th season.
Up first is D-list comedian Kathy Griffin, 49, who’s playing a lesbian activist for one episode on Feb. 10.
Not to be outdone by Kathy, 23-year-old Mischa Barton will star on SVU after the winter Olympics on March 3 as a hooker named [drum roll, please] Gladys. The former O.C. actress hasn’t worked since her CW show, The Beautiful Life, was cancelled after only two episodes in Sept. Maybe a spot on a top-rated show will get her off on a better start in 2010.
The biggest name on the SVU guest list by far is Sharon Stone, who will start a four-episode stint on the show beginning in April. The Emmy-winning actress will show off her chops as a cop-turned-prosecutor … Mariska Hargitay‘s character, Detective Benson, better watch out!
