Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt had a four-hour dinner at NYC’s super-swank Italian restaurant Alto last night … and they had everything from eggs to pasta to steaks, we’ve learned!
Sure, Angelina Jolie looks a little thin (and chilly – Ang, you need some tights!) in the photos above, taken last night Jan. 6 in NYC, but she had one hell of a healthy appetite! Angie and partner Brad Pitt went to Alto, one of Midtown Manhattan’s most celebrated Italian eateries and just a tortellini’s-throw from their hotel, the Waldorf=Astoria, and over the course of four hours they filled their bellies with quite the feast!
The duo waltzed into the restaurant arm-in-arm around 7 PM with four other people (no kids!), that, according to our sources, “looked to be business people.” Angelina started with Alto’s famous Uovo Borghese, which is ravioli filled with sunny-side-up eggs and ricotta cheese. Brad ate tagliatelle pasta as an appetizer before the two who looked extremely happy together say eyewitnesses, polished off two medium rare sirloin steaks. How did they get that all down? Ah yes: Two bottles of red wine and two bottles of white. In vino veritas, indeed!
The happy couple left the restaurant around 11:30pm and our sources tell us they were, despite what the cynics might suggest, “smiling” and looking as though they’d had “a very good time.”
