Elin could have gotten in a lot of legal trouble if she actually did beat up Tiger and he had allowed officials to investigate
It has never crossed my mind that Tiger Woods actually did Elin Nordegren a favor during this entire scandal. How could it, when he was the lying scumbag? But apparently, if Elin actually did go crazy with the golf club the night of Tiger’s crash over Thanksgiving, she could have been up to her eyeballs in legal trouble.
“Tiger has been very gentlemanly about this whole thing,” Michael G. Dave, a L.A.-based family lawyer, told HollywoodLife.com Dec. 31. “The media hasn’t portrayed him that way, but if that night happened as it’s being reported, legally speaking, Elin was more in the wrong.”
Tiger did try to keep law enforcement as far from the situation as possible when Elin allegedly destroyed the inside of their house and beat her hubby with a golf club. Had they investigated, and she really had been responsible for the damage to her husband AND his car, Elin easily could have faced severe criminal charges, Dave explained.
In fact, Elin potentially could have been charged as an unfit mother, which would mean she might have lost her two young kids, Sam and Charlie!
I don’t care how badly she screwed up Tiger’s face, I’m still on Elin’s side. If my husband had been unfaithful to me with 15 alleged mistresses (or even just one), you can bet I’d be pissed too. As the six merry murderesses say in the musical Chicago, “He had it comin.’”
