Aren’t you stoked to see Will’s Mini-Me take on Hollywood?

We grew up with Mr. Miyagi‘s voice in our heads repeating “wax on, wax off,” but now it’s a new generation’s turn to learn some life lessons from the masters. But instead of Mr. Miyagi, our new sensai is Mr. Han, played by Jackie Chan (who we still kind of think looks like Jackie Chan playing Jackie Chan).

11-year-old Jaden’s character, Dre, moves to Beijing, China with his mom (played by Oscar nominee Taraji P. Henson) and gets picked on by schoolchildren because he just doesn’t belong. Cue Jackie/Han, who teaches Dre about acceptance, standing up for himself and being a fighter, not a lover.
