HollywoodLife.com brings you a sneak preview of the thriller Abandoned, one of Brittany Murphy’s final films.

Brittany Murphy was known for playing quirky, crazy roles, so it’s not surprising that her final film followed that trend. In Abandoned, due out in 2010, Brit, who died from unconfirmed causes on Dec. 20, plays Mary, a woman convinced that her husband, Kevin (played by former Superman Dean Cain) has disappeared.

In the indie flick, which also stars Tom Cruise’s ex-wife, Mimi Rogers, and Peter Bogdanovich, Mary fights to find her husband and to keep believing she’s sane.
