It’s hard enough going through a break-up, but poor Jake Gyllenhaal! His long-time girlfriend Reese Witherspoon and he split right before his birthday. The super sexy Jake (which, let’s be honest, is thankfully single again!) turned 29 on Saturday Dec. 19 … but there was no romantic celebration like last year.
Last year, when things were looking up, Reese took Jake to swanky LA Italian eatery Giorgio Baldi for an uber romantic, candle lit dinner. But this year, Jake must be hiding out somewhere, because he wasn’t spotted out and about anywhere. Poor Jake!
