HollywoodLife.com spoke to Jon Gosselin exclusively just minutes after his divorce from Kate Gosselin was finalized!
“I don’t want to lose my children,” Jon told HollywoodLife.com. “Kate is taking the kids somewhere [this weekend]. I never know where she’s taking them, but I think I have an idea.”
Though Jon couldn’t divulge details of the settlement, we’ve learned he found out about the finalization of the divorce over the phone. He was eating lunch when we reached him — and will be heading out of Pennsylvania and coming back to New York tonight, while Kate takes the kids away on a brief vacation.
“TLC has a gag order against me,” says Jon.
According to Kate’s lawyer, Mark Momjian, who spoke to HollywoodLife.com, she will get the house in Wernersville, Pa., and will get primary custody of their eight children.
