How’s this for an eerie coincidence — almost exactly one month before she died, Brittany’s husband had some health problems of his own.

On Nov. 28, Simon Monjack was rushed to a hospital at LAX after he and Brittany Murphy flew into the L.A. airport from Puerto Rico. The writer-director was incoherent when paramedics boarded the plane and Brittany told the responding fire department personnel that she thought her husband was suffering from an asthma attack, TMZ reported at the time.

Even though Britney didn’t think the incident was serious, paramedics took Simon to the hospital anyway. No details about his condition were available.

But that hospital scare wasn’t the only bizarre incident Brittany and her husband went through this year. Back in late October, cops were called to the couple’s Hollywood home because neighbors complained she was screaming on the balcony at 2:30 in the morning.

Brittany was reportedly wailing about some gun shots that were fired near her place but after an investigation, turns out the noise was coming from … a generator.
