Mark Momjian, Kate’s lawyer confirmed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that her divorce from Jon was finalized today. Momjian says Kate will also get primary custody of her eight little Gosselins, without having to pay Jon any spousal support! AND “Kate can stay in the house with the kids,” Momjian confirms to us. “Jon will have to figure out what to do. He is a very different person than who kate married.”
He adds, “Kate is excited about the prospect of restructuring her life and looks forward to her future.”
TMZ says Jon will owe Kate child support in the ballpark of five figures a month — so Jon, you better figure something out soon!!
