Looks like Justin may have either lost some fans … or gained some new ones!
Our little boy is growing up so fast! For a quick moment during his intimate set in Detroit on Saturday Justin Bieber dropped his usual bubbly boy band act to try his hand at a completely different genre — rap. Holding the mic closely to his mouth, Justin treated guests at Channel 955‘s concert to a cover of Eminem‘s hit single Lose Yourself.
“I can’t hear you!” he told the screaming crowd, before checking into hard core rap mode and spewing out lines like, “His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy/There’s vomit on his sweater already, mom’s spaghetti/He’s nervous, but on the surface he looks calm and ready/To drop bombs, but he keeps on forgettin.”
Like a true pro, JB got the crowd riled up, bouncing his arm in the air and motioning for the fans to do the same. “Thank you very much!” he said at the end of his short, 30-second rap.
The girls, of course, went wild for Justin, but we’re not exactly sure what to think of his new musical venture. Not that we have anything against rap, but it’s just a bit odd seeing the 15-year-old singing sensation belt out this kind of tune!
Tell us, do you think JB rocks out as a rapper or should he leave it to the pros like Fiddy and Em?
