Jon Gosselin’s court appearance against TLC has been moved up by four days.
Octodad Jon Gosselin will be facing off against his former employees a bit earlier than expected. Jon’s lawyer, Mark Heller, exclusively confirms to HollywoodLife that the date has been pushed forward from Dec. 14th to Dec 10th.
TLC announced they were taking legal action (aka suing the pants off) Jon in mid-October for refusing to participate in his reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8.
In addition to the hearing, the trial date has been moved up from 2011 to April 2010.
