Want your man to look like Taylor Lautner Chaske Spencer — even after he mows down a Thanksgiving feast?  (Yeah, of course you do!)  Well, New Moon Chaske reveals how he and his sexy co-star Taylor got into tip-top shape for their roles.  Make sure your man sees this first thing Friday morning!

  • Pumped iron for hours – “We’d go to the gym early in the morning and sometimes back at night too.”
  • They paired up for workouts — Bring a spotting partner when lifting weights.
  • He ate 6 meals a day —  Plus lots of protein shakes. (Thanksgiving dinner counts as six meals!)
  • Old fashioned pull ups — Pair pull-ups with small weights.
  • Circuit training — Mix up the work-outs with push-ups, jump rope, and sprints.
  • Sleep — After he hits the shower, you and your guy can cuddle up for a nap!

Chaske already worked his bod, so now he can take a break!  He told his Thanksgiving plans include, “Relaxing with friends in NYC.  All bets are off diet wise for Thanksgiving!”
