What do Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have in common with ’90s stars Winona Ryder and Johnny Depp? Well, as it turns out,  a lot!

There is something so familiar about R-Patz and Kristen’s mellow, melancholy ways.  With their dark wavy locks, pale good looks, and indie, emo attitudes — Rob and Kristen have filled the hole Johnny and Winona left when they  broke up in the ’90s.

And it doesn’t stop there.  Check out all everything these couples have in common!

Both couples stared together in box office hits.

Johnny and Winona made Edward Scissorhands at hit in 1990.  Rob and Kristen, of course, are turning the Twilight series into a box office storm.

All four of them play guitar.

Kristen played guitar in Into the Wild, Johnny played on the soundtrack of Once Apon a Time in Mexico, and all four of them play on their own time.

R-Patz and Johnny both contributed musically to their films.

Robert sang on the Twilight soundtrack, and Johnny leant his musical talents to Sweeney Todd.

Both leading men are super sexy.

Johnny was People Magazine’sSexiest Man Alive” in 2003.  Rob won the title in 2008.

The leading ladies are showbiz hippies.

Kristen and Winona were both raised by hippie parents, and are known for their laid back style.  And they both have parents that work in Hollywood!  Kristen’s dad is a TV producer, and Winona’s mom is a video producer.

As you can see, these famous couples couldn’t be more alike.  Let’s just  hope Kristen and R-Patz can make their love last. — by Chloe Melas Follow Chloe on Twitter
